Suffering a variety of injuries in the late 90’s my body was shot. I could barely throw a football! I happened upon a small quaint “Gung Fu” studio where a rather short but warm and welcoming man awaited me. It began a journey has that forever shaped my life and helped me be the man that I am. Training in traditional Chinese martial arts in my opinion is a must for everyone. So, thank you Eddie Lane, for the teaching, the wisdom, and for showing me I can do anything I set my mind to.

Final remarks:

There are many, many people out there who all have helped shape the man that I am, and who all supported my dream as I put this training system together in the face of intense criticism and scrutiny. I chose to believe that dogs could be communicated with in a far different manner than anyone I have ever known, and I have finally proven it. One of my heroes once said, once something is learned you should throw it away, and that philosophy has served me well. If the name Nitro K-9 or Nitro Dog creates a group of snobbish boring fools, then please let it be erased forever, and only the knowledge remain, in the hands of those who would  use it to help the dogs in there lives. 

It is my hope soon to start a movement similar to the one for people(Universal Animal Healthcare), a system in place that NO injured animal should go without treatment due to lack of financial means. We live in a society of me, PLEASE let’s became a society of WE. I urge you to not be fooled by the “we love dog people”, but to look at the actions of the people in your lives, what do they do? Would your Vet refuse to treat an animal because the owner was short on bucks? IF you see this, join me, and do not support non cruelty for profit.
